Shipping policy
We always aim to dispatch items on the same day or the next day however please note that items can take up to 3 working days to be dispatched. Dispatch during sales and promotional periods will be within 7 working days but we always aim to dispatch sooner. Please get in touch if you would like to know your exact dispatch date.
Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and certain postcodes - standard delivery may be charged at different rates. Please get in touch with us.
Delivery on all orders over £45 is free and the Royal Mail Tracked 48 service is used. You can upgrade your delivery by choosing other services and shipping companies.
Orders under £45 are charged at rates below:
- UK - Standard Delivery - £4.95 3 to 5 days delivery
- UK - Express Delivery - £5.95 1 to 3 days delivery
- UK - Next Day - £8.95 Order by 1pm for Next Day
- EU – 5 to 7 days delivery - £24.95
- Non EU and North America – 7 to 10 days delivery - £29.95
The delivery address cannot be changed after an order is dispatched, however, should the package still be in our possession, we will endeavour to make any required amendments.
A signature may be required for any shipment, before signing for a package please inspect for any damages. Once signed for you accept full liability and we cannot be held responsible for any missing goods.
